Doctor Naveed Sultan was awful but the new doctors are great and very helpful.
I have gone there 3 times, manly because my Dr was closed. I had great service from the Dr. And had time to answer any questions I had. She was very professional a l would definitely go there again plus fast service
The staff at this clinic is not reliable and often comes across as extremely rude, especially over the phone. They tend to place the burden on patients rather than following proper patient care policies. The EMR system they use is also unreliable and frequently fails to send appointment reminders — yet the staff refuses to take responsibility for these issues. Additionally, the doctors are not very transparent when explaining upcoming medical procedures. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic.
Hours aren't correct. Wasted my time coming here
Parampreet Kaur would deny us healthcare services by hanging up the call on us intentionally and would later lie that she did that accidentally with 0 courtesy of calling back. She needs to be trained as this is a violation of our rights as Canadian citizens.
