Douglas the Optometrist was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He has all the latest equipment which meant I was confident that my script was accurate and he didn't rush me at all. Also, I wasn't pressured into buying new glasses! I recommended Medispecs to my husband and he same experience. So glad we found Medispecs. Highly recommend.
Wonderful work ethic . Nothing is too much trouble . Appointments are always available to suit the customer. Doug is very knowledgeable and has a lovely customer service team.
