My experience with Medisleep Hervey Bay has been excellent. The consultants are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in responding too and addressing any concern raised. Highly recommend.

Wife was wired for sleep study Friday, told to return equipment Monday. Tech was sick Mon office closed, told via phone call, tech may not be back for week, get abusive phone call this afternoon where's our equipment, So organised returning equipment tomorrow Will not use or recommend this company to anyone

Posting on behalf of elderly pensioner. Quoted for a machine and mask only to be told later, sorry I miss quoted , it's now going to be $650 more. This is a lot extra for pensioner to have to save up and pay for. No attempt to offer a discount. Really don't think an "I'm sorry " cuts it with a mistake this big. He was in a position that he had to buy from them or lose the benefit of what he had paid in rental fees that is taken off the price.

These fantastic humans could not have been more helpful. Went completely above and beyond the call of duty and helped me out at a time of need. Opened up the shop out of hours and made sure I had everything I needed! Thanks Pete. Thanks Michelle!
