Michelle has been fantastic in looking after my husband and his sleep needs. She has gone above and beyond to set up my hubby with his CPAP machine and customising it to ensure he gets a good sleep. She has been there when we need to make adjustments and has checked in on him. Really personal touch and a caring hand. Cannot recommend her enough!
I had a fantastic experience. I’ve had my Resmed airsense 10 for 5 years and was having troubles with leakage and around 7 events an hour. Michelle was friendly, honest and professional, and exceeded my expectations. She downloaded and reviewed my resmed data and explained it to me, and ways to improve. Waited over 2 months for my results still yet to receive results. Contacted 6 times to get the results each time they say they have the results and will send them straight away still no response. Horrible customer service would no recommended. 0 stars if I could.
