Mediserve in Morristown. Went in today to get a walker with a perscription. Female behind the desk was apparently too busy to do her job. Went to Rotech (American oxygen) and they managed to get the job done and hand me a walker in less than 40 min. Go anywhere but don't go here. The female at the desk is either lazy or untrained, not friendly or helpful. Maybe she would be more suited for Burger King or the DMV.

I have used this store numerous times with great service. Unfortunately the last time I was there, and it is the last time, a man wouldn't sell me what I needed without a prescription. I have purchased nebulizer kitte for breathing treatments several times before with no problem. Yes it does say prescription on bag but they never wanted one before. I also can purchase them on line at any medical supply store that sells them without a prescription. I was in a real jam that day. My child is on a ventilator and needs breathing ... read more

Needed oz tank. Had to be put on waiting li St. Guess I can't breathe.
