Poor service and not accountable. Sandy did not follow specific instructions of mailing 2 x packages which were lost in the mail. I asked for a replacement of these, which was agreed, though no replacements were provided.
Made an order with them, and after payment neither did a receive a tracking number or update, they say that they will check, but never answer
These guys are great to work with don’t hesitate to order
I recently ordered a product from here, despite full payment i did not recieve my product .. after around 10 days of repeated follow ups they told me i haven't done any payment.. Despite sharing complete transaction details with upi.id they tell me i haven't made any payment at all.. after a few days they stopped responding to my queries.. I urge buyers to be cautious before buying from here.. came across as fraudulent to me .. thank you
