I’m sorry to say this, but your reception staff are terrible and need training. Their behaviour and attitude reflects poorly on an otherwise well run clinic and great practitioners. They do not properly acknowledge and welcome patients, they can’t make eye contact and they talk amongst themselves when someone is standing at the counter. A simple, “I’ll be with you in a moment” would suffice; but instead I say them treat patients and myself as a burden. Really disappointing on an otherwise good medical clinic.

Waiting over 30mins for a simple consultation because apparently the person before me had an "extended consultation". Then why book me at that time if the previous appointment was going to take longer? That's really poor and inconsiderate.
The receptionist (Jenny or Joan) sorry my memory is bad, was so lovely. I called last minute for an appointment as I tested positive for Covid. Even though I was a new patient the receptionist quickly booked me in for a telephone appointment, the doctor called and she was also very knowledgeable and understanding. After the consultation the receptionist promptly sent my script off to the chemist.
