Waiting over 30mins for a simple consultation because apparently the person before me had an "extended consultation". Then why book me at that time if the previous appointment was going to take longer? That's really poor and inconsiderate.
The receptionist (Jenny or Joan) sorry my memory is bad, was so lovely. I called last minute for an appointment as I tested positive for Covid. Even though I was a new patient the receptionist quickly booked me in for a telephone appointment, the doctor called and she was also very knowledgeable and understanding. After the consultation the receptionist promptly sent my script off to the chemist. It is one of the worst doctor Jeanette lee no knowledge of medical history She is giving general advice which everyone kids know I will make complaint to health department regarding this doctor attitudes She is saying take Panadol and Nurofen for recovery when patient is sick more then 4 days required antibiotics and she giving wrong advice Charging $130 for surgery consultation for talking appointment just sitting in chair and talking general from read in Google article They are ripped me off the customer Worst clinic it sh... read more
