Wonderful clinic great doctors and medical services. Well trained and experienced.
I accidentally entered this clinic while trying to locate my physiotherapist, as it was my first time in the area. Rather than offering basic assistance, the receptionist responded dismissively. This was unnecessarily rude and lacked even basic courtesy. When someone is clearly lost and anxious, a professional response would be to show a minimal level of patience and empathy I have no comment regarding the practitioners themselves, but I sincerely hope the standard of care shown by the clinical staff is better than the first... read more
I’m sorry to say this, but your reception staff are terrible and need training. Their behaviour and attitude reflects poorly on an otherwise well run clinic and great practitioners. They do not properly acknowledge and welcome patients, they can’t make eye contact and they talk amongst themselves when someone is standing at the counter. A simple, “I’ll be with you in a moment” would suffice; but instead I say them treat patients and myself as a burden. Really disappointing on an otherwise good medical clinic.
very good clinic had my flu vacation there.
Waiting over 30mins for a simple consultation because apparently the person before me had an "extended consultation". Then why book me at that time if the previous appointment was going to take longer? That's really poor and inconsiderate.
