1 star due to appointment made quickly following referral. The rest of the service was appalling. Called the day before my appointment was due to say they needed to change my appointment to later on in the day so to fast from lunch time instead the morning. They called again the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier at the time I was originally given. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Had an Ultrasound in September. Still haven’t received results after 8 weeks. Only upon calling mediscan 17 times over this period of time, I finally get through today to be told that my results will now be sent over Monday… APPALLING SERVICE. Now I’ve struggled on for 8 weeks with a hernia. Will be seeking advice from solicitors!
Awful Place, wouldn't Recommend!
All went ok until the scanning began
Had a very good experience here. I was sent to Royal Bolton hospital last time and was waiting an hour with a full bladder for my scan. Appreciate the service being close to home and done on my apt time. Thanks
