Needed to rent a recliner for several weeks due to a back injury. They were able to deliver the day after the phone call. They were clear with instructions that needed to be followed upon return & returning was easy. The delivery driver was very quick with setting up the chair then upon Pick-up dismantling it and removing it. I would use this company again if I ever have a need.
I rented a patient lift from Medirect for a short period of time. They were responsive and delivered when they promised. Unfortunately, the lift was too large to fit through the bedroom door. They immediately found a smaller lift in their warehouse, exchanged the larger one for the smaller one, and redelivered within a few hours. I am happy to recommend them.
