Does delivery and pick up driver was very courteous we received emails of the delivery time and the pickup time they were not a minute late the equipment was just what we needed to get us through the past 3 weeks I would definitely recommend them again the equipment was clean and in great shape
Excellent service and delivery, after initial delivery we realized that we needed a different piece of equipment, they made a hassle free accommodation and had the alternative delivered quickly.
Excellent equipment, delivery, pick up, and overall customer service.
I’m so blessed to have rented a hospital bed from Medirect Medical Supplies. One being that it was no problem with the rental process it went smoothly. Two, it was a very nice new clean bed and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Medirect Medical Supply to anyone who needs to rent any medical equipment. I will definitely rent from them again.
