Heather and Lori are the BEST! They help me find the parts I need even when I don't have all the information on the part! They are patient and kind and happy to help in any way they can. They keep me up to date on orders and shipment, they are always on time. I only buy autoclave parts from them for the shops stock shelf because they make is so easy!
