I recently called to make a respectful enquiry regarding GP, but unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. The receptionist was quite abrupt when she hung up the phone. I expected a basic level of professional courtesy. I would strongly suggest that the management consider implementing customer service or communication training for their front-desk staff to ensure all people are treated with respect and that first impressions reflect the business more accurately
Terrible experience with reception Older lady on the front desk is so extremely rude with no empathy whatsoever. Mohammed is always a very good thorough doctor however the receptionist is next level rude
Rubbish Practice and Rubbish Doctors. I am in extreme pain and charged me for even discussing results. On top of that, ignored my condition and refused care plan. 5 minutes in and out and made his $78 without even showing any empathy.
While the doctors are fine, the reception is a pain. They are highly unorganised. Sometimes they open at 8:30 sometimes they open at 9. Previously they have opened at 8:30 and let us in. Recently, when I visited I was turned back by the lady at the reception, saying it opens at 9. Not even letting me wait in the waiting area. I waited in the car for a while. When she let someone else in before 9 am. Not at all service friendly. I don’t think they understand just like they are working at a job everybody else does.
We went to this clinic for a blood test since our regular clinic was closed. We took a number and waited patiently in line, only to watch them bring in another person ahead of everyone else — claiming it was “urgent.” It was obvious this person was one of their own clinic patients.
