Pathology did not open their doors when advertised. People lining up for blood test. Very poor !!!
Worst place in Wallan so far. There reception staff is so rude. I waited 30 minutes for pathology test and then they came in putting the flyer that its closed today. And then when I asked why nobody told me as I was waiting. The rude receptionist said you should have asked. Like seriously. There are always long wait times and receptionist make it worse for you by being rude. Worst

So little care, its all about what "he cant help you with" ...It all started with "i see you havent been here for 3 years" said with a very unhappy tone (and straight away i thought, oh here we go!) The older woman who works is not only rude and unprofessional she attacked me and had her finger in my face. Her behaviour working in a medical centre was not acceptable. When speaking to her about an appointment that she told was not available anymore, as she sent an email with no follow up. She got aggressive and attacked me on the process off work cover, saying we need to pay an extra charge for being here etc which wasn’t the case. I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this medical centre. I was left waiting for an unreasonably long time with my baby, and the receptionist showed absolutely no concern or urgency. Discrimination in a medical environment is not only unethical—it’s dangerous. I will not be returning, and I urge this office to take a serious look at how patients are being treated at the front desk.
