Terrible experience with Dr. Pragya Budhaulia (Penny). I took my baby for vaccination, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The doctor appeared very rushed while administering the injection and did not follow what I felt were the proper procedures. As this is my second baby, I am familiar with how vaccinations are usually handled. I recently called to make a respectful enquiry regarding GP, but unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. The receptionist was quite abrupt when she hung up the phone. I expected a basic level of professional courtesy. I would strongly suggest that the management consider implementing customer service or communication training for their front-desk staff to ensure all people are treated with respect and that first impressions reflect the business more accurately
Terrible experience with reception Older lady on the front desk is so extremely rude with no empathy whatsoever. Mohammed is always a very good thorough doctor however the receptionist is next level rude
