Building Needs renovation. Very dule looking and dreary. Bathroom floors rusted.
Many medical practices here, mostly small, private doctor offices. The facility is a little dated and could use some renovation, just compare the not-locked-up restroom on the second floor with the renovated one on the 4th floor, or check out the next building south of it on James Street across from JFK hospital.
