Overall, service by staff was great and booking was easy. Doctor care leaves much to be improved.
Had an appointment to see Dr Rajesh, when we arrived, was told that Dr Rajesh was on holiday and we would have someone else called Dr Fadi. Dr Fadi is one of the rudest people that I have ever met, he spoke over me, interrupted me to ask a question that I was literally answering, didnt listen to the answer and needed to have it repeated to him several times, asked me strange personal questions which i addressed and i asked why he needed to know that and instead of responding he then said he couldn't help me and that I should... read more
Despite the negative reviews, I’ve only ever had really good experiences with the staff here. Reception and nurses are lovely and helpful, and doctors take the time to listen and explain. Other reasons why I really like this clinic: - super easy, plentiful, free parking - they have a lot of medical facilities in one spot: GP, pathology and skin check (all bulk billed).
