Dr Zahrouni was unprofessional and judgemental.
Awesome medical practice, staff at reception are amazing, catherine and fritz go out of their way to help. And the drs too, they deserve 7 stars. Highly recommend this place... I had to edit this review, as mentioned above, that was a few days ago, fast forward to today, reception again was amazing, but this time, I don't know what was wrong with the Dr, he tried to explain to me something about a antibiotics for the wound I had, I misunderstood him, all I said was " so I don't have to take the antibiotics ", and this was en... read more
Such a convenient and welcoming medical practice with genuinely lovely staff. A special shout-out to Katherine at reception, who is always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dr Abbas, Dr Ford and Dr Habra are all wonderful doctors who consistently take great care of me and make me feel heard and looked after. I’ve always had such a positive experience here and would highly recommend the practice! Lots of love

Absolutely appalling and unnecessarily difficult experience with Dr Siva. I booked this appointment specifically to arrange a new Mental Health Treatment Plan for my six-year-old daughter so it could be provided to her current psychologist. She has previously had Mental Health Treatment Plans completed through this medical centre, meaning her history and previous assessments were already on file.
