Zero notice that Medipets closed, leaving all vet clinics, clients, and patients in a lurch for much needed medications. I'd strongly suggest avoiding the human side of their business considering how they run the animal side.
I just called to have a refill placed and had a message to call another pharmacy. I'm concerned they have no records available to review. They did a refill with another base and my cat had a violent reaction to it. Unfortunately I did not write this info down. Very concerned with a new pharmacy and hope when I discuss with them we won't have any issues.
Just called to refill my cats prescription and they just have a voicemail saying it’s temporarily unavailable and to call another pharmacy?
I called on the 18th to order my dog’s prescription, which was filled on the 19th (per the receipt.) I ran out of pills from my vet on the 24th, so I called Medipets to find out when they were coming. They said they hadn’t even shipped yet, and wouldn’t be here for another day or two. I had to go to my vet and pay another $25 for enough to last me until then. As soon as I got home, Fedex delivered the prescription.
