This is one of the worst and expensive doctors online I ever had I Australia. I don’t recommend
No show Telehealth appointment, followed up with no apology. Don’t book here.
The Dr I had an appointment with was great. Medinet not so much. They double charged my account $49.00 (not $40 as advertised so be aware of that before you book), and I have called four times to be told, "I will send it to accounts as urgent and call you back within the hour." Guess what didn't happen? I had to call back again because they did not only to be asked to send a screenshot of my statement to prove the double dipped? They have those records and I'm not keen on sending private banking information to a call centre ... read more
