If I could give zero stars I would. When I came here I felt as if I was being treated as a worthless person, I made an appointment and was told on the phone I may do insurance pay or self pay. I told the lady on the phone I’d like to do self pay. She said ok and the appointment was set, I arrive and tell her my name. She tells me no one by my name is on her list, I calmly tell her my name again and how I have an appointment and she told me there’s a “falvato” on the list.
