Let me start from the beginning. First off I'm surprised Medina Family practice hasn't had a recent review in the past year. I haven't been to the doctor in over 5 years prior to me setting Dr. Nguyen as my new primary care doctor. I was actually referred by a friend of mine to check this doctors office out as she has been a patient with them for over 10 years. Love my doctor she is very informative and has a sense of humor.
This place is a JOKE! I call to set up a new patient appt since my insurance says they are in network. I verify they have my insurance. However, they won’t even book an appt—instead they want to do this Bureaucratic NIGHTMARE of sending of my insurance card to some unknown email address and then just WAIT for someone (who knows when or why) to call me back.
