i can’t say enough good things about Jacob & Sons Plumbing. I first called for a leak repair, and they were patient enough to wait until i got home so they could take care of it. they clearly had a busy schedule with plenty of plumbing calls, but they still made time and helped right away. More recently, terry came out to fix a leaking shower faucet. He found that the handle was broken inside, reset it, tightened everything up, and stopped the drip. there are so many good things to say about this plumbing and drain service. We bought an older home and had a drain line issue right away. jason answered the phone when we called, showed up quickly, and was very fair on pricing. He took time to explain the problem in simple terms and pointed us in the right direction to help avoid bigger plumbing repairs later. not many plumbers do that. i have called jason a few times, and he has even given helpful advice over the phone. Thank you to Maurice and the team. They did a great job replacing my water heater. It was stuck in a very tight closet and was hard to reach, but Maurice looked over the setup and explained the best and most affordable way to handle the plumbing work. Because the access was so limited, part of the wall had to be opened up so the old unit could be removed and the new water heater could be installed correctly. We had an urgent plumbing leak that needed fast repair. The kitchen sink drain was badly clogged, and the washer line in the garage was leaking water everywhere late in the evening, right around bedtime.
