I’ve used Jacob & Sons Plumbing for several jobs, including fixing a leak, rerouting a vent line, installing and removing a dishwasher, checking a refrigerator water line, and repairing a pipe issue. Jason was outstanding. When I called in a panic because water was pouring from a pipe, he was truly concerned and arrived quickly. He explained the plumbing problem in simple terms, walked me through the repair options, and recommended solutions that were both effective and budget friendly. I want to say how professional and respectful Terry and Jason were. They took care of my bathroom plumbing and handled everything they were supposed to do. They even helped with a small touch-up afterward, which was very kind and meant a lot to me. As an older woman, I really appreciated the extra help. I had a new bathroom sink and new faucets installed, and the whole area looks clean, beautiful, and finished nicely. The workmanship was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly a... read more

They kept me updated through the whole process, explained the repair in simple terms, and handled the excavation and plumbing work with real care. It was clear they take customer service seriously and stay on the j... read more

Once I called, the office was very friendly and efficient, sent an online estimate right away, and scheduled the visit for the next morning. The plumber arrived on time, explained the valve replacement clearly, and completed the work neatly and professionally. Everything under the sink was working perfectly when the job was finished, and the area was left c... read more
connor did great work and was very accommodating. i originally had him come out to repair a leak in my main sewer line, and while he was there he also checked a couple of other plumbing items that came up unexpectedly. the visit was handled professionally, and he took the time to explain what was going on with the line and what needed attention. On the morning of the appointment, he got an emergency plumbing call for another customer, but instead of simply delaying my service, connor was proactive and asked to move me to an ... read more
