Thank you to Maurice and the team. They did a great job replacing my water heater. It was stuck in a very tight closet and was hard to reach, but Maurice looked over the setup and explained the best and most affordable way to handle the plumbing work. Because the access was so limited, part of the wall had to be opened up so the old unit could be removed and the new water heater could be installed correctly. We had an urgent plumbing leak that needed fast repair. The kitchen sink drain was badly clogged, and the washer line in the garage was leaking water everywhere late in the evening, right around bedtime. We remodeled our master bathroom by taking out the tub, making the shower larger, adding a 3-way shower fixture, and changing one double vanity into two separate vanities. Jacob & Sons Plumbing did an excellent job moving the drains and water lines and setting up the new shower plumbing so everything worked smoothly. We recently had Jacob & Sons Plumbing come out to check our propane tankless water heater because it was not making hot water. mike arrived on short notice, did a quick but careful inspection, and found that the heater itself was working properly. He then checked our buried propane tank and discovered it had run out of gas, which explained the problem right away.
