I made a bad review about this place a couple months ago based on an interaction I had via email. Never met anyone personally, just a back and forth messaging with a sales rep. I can now admit that I made a huge mistake posting that review and I’m very sorry, because today, my wife and I went to the store personally and every single person we interacted with was very friendly, courteous and welcoming. I brought Polaris Medina my new 2024 KTM 250 XC that was actually purchased from another dealer. The bike was locked out because the original dealer didn’t properly unlock the bike after the purchase. The service team at Polaris Medina was kind enough to fit me right in and had my bike unlocked and working in less than 30 minutes. The whole crew from the parts department to Service was very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!
