I’ll start by saying I would rate 10 starts if possible. We purchased a new machine and well there was a snafu on Polaris’ end. We ended up swapping to a a different machine because of this. I was totally prepared for them to try and fix the other new machine and give me the run around. I’m more than pleased I was absolutely wrong.
