Fired my mom because she had food poisoning. They were fully aware that she was sick, and the manager that gave her the papers for her being fired was the one who covered for her. Don't get a job here.
BEWARE living here: they are unfair to people who are struggle mentally but pay their rent early but still get a late fee and receive a notice to put you out if you don't pay the fee fast. They want you to fail bad and don't take complaints seriously at all.!!
They don’t do anything to help issues with landlords nor try to they falsely accuse people of actions that they’re not doing. Whenever it’s a problem and you try to call they never answer or resolve it don’t apply for this housing because they could care less about you or how you live. All the staff are jokes and don’t even try and help they just always are making you feel lower then them.

These ladies are very special they treat you with respect and very caring if wasn't for there help and generosity I'd probably wouldn't of servived this long God bless the medina housing authorities Nichole and her boss deserves big they go above and beyond with help and every thing they have done for me is something I may never be able to repay I just want every one to know how special they truly are.
