the asst manager keli has a dog living in room 128 with her in a hotel where theres a sign that clearly states no pets on the backdoor but apparently rules aren't for her shes abusive I've never rented a hotel room where management was such trash and inappropriate to paying customers this woman.keli is disrespectful shes trash and the fact that I hear she charges people thatsnesks pets in when she has one living there is awful.shes old bitter and need a life and hated me because I feared her dog she thought she could hurt me... read more
We stayed here this past weekend for the Nugent concert. I just want to say that the staff could not have been nicer, very friendly and accommodating. I went to get tickets for show around 3PM, and was told it was sold out. I was pretty pissed that I was on the hook for a room and no tickets to the show. One of the guys who works there had 2 tickets he sold me, for $20 less than what they were asking for at the door. Super clean, great staff, and excellent location for staying after a concert!
Was able to stay the night of their anniversary party had a blast at Johnny Holmes. Loved the hotel was super clean and very very friendly staff. Very decent breakfast as well. Wasn't able to help me much with my hangover though LOL highly recommend this place
Great staff, clean and fresh. Super value and close to everything. Been staying at Medina since the 90's.
