Every nurse I’ve seen has been amazing but don’t you dare email on the address provided on their website or you’ll get a snotty, borderline rude response saying it is for medical professionals to communicate only. The best Dr , Dr Davidson has left and it shows . I’m not sure what it takes for staff to show a bit of humility. When you phone the Dr’s no matter what for you generally want reassuring . My past 2 encounters with medina have been bad . In the past I have sung the praises . But something has changed .
Highly recommend, I was concerned about joining after reading the reviews but I’m really glad I did. I’ve had a few appointments here now. The receptionist were real helpful and knowledgeable, they didn’t just rush me off the phone like other doctors I’ve been too. Didn’t have to wait long to book any of my appointment’s, they were on it with telling me when to make another appointment/if I needed too. My eldest child received a call from a Dr/nurse regarding a referral for counselling, the signal where we live isn't great & as a result it sometimes cuts out altogether...which is exactly what happened. No call back, he couldn't call back directly as it was a private number, so he tried ringing the surgery - over 45mins wait, number 4 in the queue, went into an actual ring tone only to ring & ring & ring!
