As an anonymous member, I'm compelled to voice my frustration with the current state of our gym under the current ownership. The fees have hit an all-time high, yet the value we receive is questionable at best, and do not plan on renewing due to these reasons. The significant issue here is Tammy's management. It's led to the departure of numerous skilled trainers, diminishing the quality and atmosphere that once made this gym stand out. The loss of a dozen staff members is a testament to this. LOVE this place! The entire staff is super supportive and is always encouraging everyone to be the best they can be. Weight machines, compression therapy, Yoga classes, nutrition classes, strength and stretching classes...you name it, Medina Health & Fitness has it all. The best part is that someone is always there to guide you through the process so you don't have to do it alone. I highly recommend you give Medina Health & Fitness a try!
