Great Staff, I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment thinking I would have to wait the hour until then. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks ladies.
Every time I have scheduled an appointment here, I show up and they tell me I am confused and have the wrong time and I need to come back later. The most recent time the lady in the front schedules me for an 8:00am appointment. I remember because for 1. I wrote it down. and 2. the lady SPECIFICALLY told me, “you’ll be our first customer of the day” so i wake up 8am on my only day off off school and work and get there and she acts like I am stupid and pretends to he surprised to see me. Never going back
great doctor. laughable service. Would recommend The Urban Eye, Lenscrafters, or Walmart over them.
Good luck trying to make an appointment. They want your insurance info then tell you they can’t get you in on the days your free.
