Dr. Smith was excellent. Answered all my questions very professional and treated me like family and friends. Only recommendation I would make is that if Dr. Medina is not going to be in on your appt date call the patient before appt to let them choose not on the date of arrival. Excellent personnel and very friendly
I had the best experience here with Dr Medina!! He is a miracle worker! He really took the time to make sure I had the best prescription possible with how bad my eyes were! He provided so much clarity in my vision that I never thought I’d get back without corrective surgery! The amazing staff was very nice and comforting! My wife and I both need to have our cataracts removed. We visited an ophthalmologist and received a variety of treatment options. The options ranged in price from reasonable to extremely expensive. It was very difficult to figure out the cost / benefits associated with each option. So … we asked Dr. Medina and his assistant, Paige, to help us understand. If I could give zero stars to Medina Eye Care, I would. I am not sure why this optometry clinic has so many glowing 5-star reviews. My initial appointment here in July 2025 was for my annual eye exam with Dr Arthur Medina himself. But needless to say, this will certainly be my last one with him. His manners were absolutely horrible and unprofessional !
