I have two credit unions I use in Brunswick. This is one of them I showed up the other day to the drive through window and handed my information to take out money. There is a new worker there who is extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. The look she gave me and how she spoke to me is enough where I will never return. It hurt. I work hard at my job and credit unions use to make you feel like family I felt the complete opposite. Maybe I miss read it but the way I felt after leaving there is not ok!
closes early, charges too much for bank transfers
Opened a business account here. My fault. They don’t allow external accounts so I can’t even transfer to my personal account at another branch without a $20 transfer fee each time! Really? They also have zero grace period for an overdraft AND don’t have the option to deposit money in the ATM. Yes, it was my mistake that a charge went through insufficient, but I caught it within hours and had no way to deposit money to clear the charge and make it right. This is not modern banking.
Great people to work with at both the Brunswick and the Medina branches I will not deal with any of the major backs any more
We've banked here for over a decade and everyone is always polite, competent, and often friendly. We've negotiated car loans, mortgage refinancing, and home improvement lines of credits. We plan to continue banking here as we segue into retirement. Thank you Medfed folks!
