We stopped at chevron 8401 NE 12th St, Medina, WA 98039 because my 4 years old daughter was keep fussing for about 10min of wanting to pee. Wife and daughter went to ask for permission but the guy said that they must buy something. Got back to the car only for me to jump out to go get something so she can go use their toilet. Don’t waste your time or money.
I've been to many auto repair shops, but this one truly stands out. The owner is not only highly skilled but also honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
Stay away from this place unless you want to be harassed by their employees. They are dismissive, rude and aggressive - especially Eric (at least that was the name on his uniform.) Reading through the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. It seems that the owner of the business tolerates his employees treating customers like this, so he is just as bad as they are. I'd rather drive out of my way to the 76 gas station near 520 for gas or ANY other business with a mechanic, than ever give this business a single c... read more
