My friends and their kids asked to use the bathroom here during a protest at the park, were even willing to buy something, and the guy still refused and tried to intimidate them, I guess because he disagreed with our signs. What a low blow.
Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Go somewhere else
Our family repeatedly brings our vehicles to Medina Chevron and we aways refer our friends and family. Eric is honest, hard-working (he's always there!) and gives you the small town customer service you rarely see anymore at the local gas station. He is exceptional at problem solving and also saving you money if he can! He'll run out and pump your gas, too! : )
Stay away from here! Get gas elsewhere! I passed by this station when I really need to pee. The staff refuse to provide access unless I fill the gas, which is fair. But my bladder is about to explode and I can't wait any longer. I am driving alone and I really can't leave my car filling the gas and unattended. So I begged him. I even said that he can have my car key until I fill the gas at this station. Still a harsh "No" with a condescending tone as if he is confident that he is preventing me from trash his toilet.
