I've been to many auto repair shops, but this one truly stands out. The owner is not only highly skilled but also honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
Stay away from this place unless you want to be harassed by their employees. They are dismissive, rude and aggressive - especially Eric (at least that was the name on his uniform.) Reading through the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. It seems that the owner of the business tolerates his employees treating customers like this, so he is just as bad as they are. Very rude and unprofessional owner has no customer service
The worst service ever. The guy who works or owns it is super rude human being. My daughter needed air for her flat tire on her bike he refused to help. He only takes from people.
My family has been going to Medina Chevron for the last 10+ yrs. I have found the whole staff to be fair, professional & nice. Eric is kind, hardworking & trustworthy!!!
