I have only had my Lyriq for a few months. I love the car, but it had a few issues. I brought the car to the dealership after reaching out to a service advisor who made an appointment for me the next week. The first issue was that when I showed up for this appointment, it did not exist. Not great, but understandable, I suppose. The service at Medina Cadillac is unorganized unprofessional. They have had my car for two weeks and let me know the car was ready, and it was not, they didn't even address the main issue. I would not recommend using them for service. My car is a new ev sierra Denali. They should not be allowed to sell them if they can not service them.
I've had my Cadillac here several times for normal services, they always do a great job, the service advisors make it so easy to pull up, drop your keys and be on your way and the work itself is done in a reasonable amount of time, correctly, and the customer waiting area is plenty big enough with good guest Wi-Fi to work while you wait for service to finish up. Thank you!
