Had the unfortunate experience of having my car windows smashed in on a Saturday, and no one in Cincy could replace the glass until Monday. I could hear there was glass in the door panel and have no idea how to remove one, so I called this store to see if someone could help me. Showed up and Ali helped me right away and offered to vacuum the broken glass since there was so much still in the car and put on a temporary plastic window.
