I had a filler service to teat an area of a concern as per the nurse’s recommendation and after the 2 weeks i see no improvement at all and when i raised that concern the nurse offered me a refund of %50 of what i paid since their product was not effective at all. And the lady in reception (Clista) was so rude and upset that I wasn’t happy with the service and she lowered the refund amount !! then she said you are not welcome back here!!! Sarah was so nice and treated me very kindly. Even though I wasn't eligible for the work I wanted done, Sarah made me feel heard and cared about.
Amplified too high music is the biggest issue and time to time called the management but no improvement. The management is very very poor to address the problem.
