Called and explained I needed some paperwork filled as soon as possible for a medical clearance for a job and was told very rudely that I would would need to book an appointment and they would not book me until next year which would cause me to miss out on this job. The receptionist did not leave any room for compromise or discussion, they have definitely lost a patient today, a psychiatric clinic that shows no care for their patients.
The complete lack of customer service skills, values the reception team has, their manner was nasty, very disappointed. especially people that are so vulnerable, disgraceful.

Horrible , most of the information I found on my own. The only purpose of a psychiatrist is to lock you in for every 6 months so you have to pay $400 every 6 months to get medication from a diagnosis that took 15-20 mins. Please , do yourself a favour and find someone else. Deadset disgraceful
