Filled out a form to book an appointment for a sensitive matter and handed it to a lady at reception to find out a week later that reception lost the form. When I called the office to find out what was going on the receptionist could barely understand what I was saying…. How can somebody who doesn’t speak English clearly… work at a psychologists practice!!!… this must frustrate many patients. !!! Jill however, is a lovely psychology and this review does not reflect her… just the reception team!
I dont understand how a patient can continually call over the space of 3 days for a script and have run out of medication and still not get a script...I have not taken my medication today because i dont have any to take.
Only ever had great experiences with this practice. Jill has been wonderful and supportive, I would personally higly recommend this practice.
Called and explained I needed some paperwork filled as soon as possible for a medical clearance for a job and was told very rudely that I would would need to book an appointment and they would not book me until next year which would cause me to miss out on this job. The receptionist did not leave any room for compromise or discussion, they have definitely lost a patient today, a psychiatric clinic that shows no care for their patients.
The complete lack of customer service skills, values the reception team has, their manner was nasty, very disappointed. especially people that are so vulnerable, disgraceful.
