There's hardly any walk-in clinics anywhere anymore. I don't know what's up with that? We had a pandemic, (pandemic), More people than ever before need medical attention, hospitals are overwhelmed, yet walk-in clinics are nowhere to be found anymore????
Run away. The 2nd star is only because the doctor is nice and trying hard but the front desk lady is abhorrent and beyond rude. They blocked my phone number so I couldn't call to get information. If they decide to respond rudely to this I'll post screen shots of the text messages and emails I've received from them. Utterly insane.
Office does not keep proper paperwork. I am a disabled individual who is on disability who moved to Langley and this was at the time the only place that was accepting patients. The office is tiny and rundown. You can’t even get to the exam table in the exam room as it is blocked by chairs. But I need someone to fill out forms and refer me to specialists so I continued to go. I needed a form filled out for my disability and I was charged $200 cash (as they don’t know how to use the POS Machine that they have) to have the gove... read more
Colleen is awesome! She has even come in on her day off to treat my moles. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Friendly staff. Always trys their best to get clients in ASAP.
