Dr West is a awesome Doc,long before Dr Patel came there it was Dr west's office for 30 yrs
I have a hernia above my belly button and she hasn't ever done any thing to repair it it's been years since iv had it was told it doesn't need to be repaired not true .. doesn't really listen and can't rember Wich meds ur on ..I really wish I could find a better doctor ..dr Morrison was the best iv come acrossed but has retired along time ago sadly haven't found a family doctor as great ..
*See edit below my initial review* Trying to book an appointment, but no one ever answers the phones here! Frustrating! Why is the admin staff so incompetent! Please do something about the admin staff! Edit: My mistake, I was probably calling during lunch time. Would be nice if it was indicated in the voice message what your lunch time is and to call before or after that time. When I eventually did get a hold of the receptionist, she was helpful, and she did call back the following day to follow up. Thank you.
You were constantly have to sit in the waiting room for hours waiting for a doctor West. It was a nightmare he would never follow through with any of the plans he made for you even if you tried to follow through because he was always leaving and going to South Africa. And now that he’s been fired from there, it says it’s open online but I’ve been calling and no one‘s picking up the phone.
