Operator and appointment scheduling staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They lack basic understanding of medical tests. I was expecting information related to Sonography and FNAC test. Despite providing information multiple times, they are not able to process and figure out what needs to be done. Pathetic !!
Has a very bad experience. I has the appointment done, got a call to come early and after I reached early stayed for an hour with no clue when the sonography would be done. Only response u get is that session chal raha hai andar, but apna kab aayega uska koi idea nahi denge.
