Good and crowdless
I had a very disappointing experience with my father's 2D Echo appointment. The Medimap team scheduled it for 4:00 PM, but the doctor did not arrive on time. The Medipoint staff kept extending the wait, repeatedly saying the doctor would arrive in the next 10 minutes, which continued for quite a while. This lack of proper time management and communication was very frustrating.
Very bad experience with the reception staff, especially Meera and Maruyi. Very rude behavior and too much attitude. They were not helpful or professional at all. Extremely disappointing experience with this hospital. Hospital management please look into this
