While the results are good, there are serious concerns with the hygiene and infection control practises of this doctor Alex. Throughout the entire injection process (lasted more than 30 minutes) where the doctor Alex touched many different non-stérile services including entering in and out of the office and touching the doorhandle, and pulling his mask down to blow his nose, he not once changed his gloves before continuing to inject me. Very disappointed with this lack of attention to ensuring patient safety and hygiene.
I had a microneedling session with Jen and she was fantastic. Very calming professional experience, I felt very safe in the hands of Jen who is so sweet. I’m super happy with my results and will be following up my treatments with her. Reasonable pricing as well.
Dr. Alex was incredible. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. He genuinely wanted to understand my goals, asking thoughtful and detailed questions about what I was looking for. I really appreciated how attentive and professional he was throughout the experience.
I just went to get nose and lip filler and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Alex is very professional and meticulous. Top one in the city
