My sister has Stage IV breast cancer, causing spine, pelvis, and femur fractures. She spent a week at the "Lodge." Kate also has epilepsy. Days elapsed with no meds after asking for them. I am an employee there. The owners do not care about the patients. As an example we had a patient come in with an infection apparently a severe one which she had been in a coma from at the hospital. Well, her dx was marked on as a simple UTI after she came in and so her dose of anti-biotic was reduced to a 1/4 of what it should have been. Her daughter was a nurse and caught the mistake a week later when the patient was getting worse again.
