It's Saturday, August 2, 2025. Yesterday my nephew, Shawn Davis, took me out to the bank and store and brought me back. Later in the evening, the evening nurse was on the phone and not paying attention when she gave me my medication. The nurse gave me too much Carbamazepine when she gave me my 3 types of Stool Softeners and my Lactulose. Later that night, I got dizzy and couldn't get to the toilet because of the excessive amount of Carbamaze. As a result, I started urinating and passing stool on myself in the bed. It's Sunday, July 27,2025. I guess I ran out of room to respond to whoever responded to my post. I was told that the email they used was inadequate. I'm still having various problems. Some are the same and others are new. Its Monday, July 14, 2025. I'm still at Medilodge and it's 8:01 AM. I'm still waiting for my morning medication. It's still Thursday, July 10, 2025. I'm still at Medilodge and it's 9:09 PM. When the afternoon/evening nurse "Lashay" gave me my evening medication, she gave me some Milk of Magnesia to help with me passing stool. However, it was clear liquid. I asked her about it a few minutes later and it was because it hadn't been shaken up. It didn't taste good. And, it's making me feel like I can't keep my eyes open. I hope it wasn't tainted.
