My experience with Medilodge of Ludington has been nothing short of terrible. The residents do not get the care they need or deserve. Employees often yell and shout at the residents, showing a complete lack of patience or compassion. Many of the staff members are incredibly lazy, and it’s clear that caring for the residents is not their priority. The staff at Medilodge took care of my Mom and did a wonderful job! You could tell they cared about her and she loved the staff!
Very welcoming and clean
Staff is pleasant. When there is a problem they try to fix it. You can see a constant effort to clean.
