My mother is a frequent flyer at Medilodge of Alpena. The staff here have always treated her with dignity and respect. Any issues she has is dealt with quickly and with kindness. We've had staff go out of their way to say hello and to check in on her.
Hi all, I was a resident of MediLodge for three months, Sent home on September 25 th of this year. You might think I’m a little strange, but I really miss so many people there. I met so many great people Including all the nurses and assistances and the wonderful therapy program they have. I miss eating with the people I met and grew to love. Had a couple family members go through rehabilitation after surgeries. Staff was kind and caring. Seen a lot of smiles. All the employees stay busy but make time for my loved ones. You can tell they care about the patients. Beautiful outdoor garden. My father loved it even i took him out there. Feeling like being at home.
