What a joke, go in there after hip surgery and the staff is more concerned with doing therapy on a shoulder that aches because of an old injury than doing the required therapy for the hip. Morning meds are often times not given until 11:30 am that clearly state they need to be taken before breakfast, meds that are 12 hours apart are given at 11:30 in the morning and 7:00 pm. We pulled our mother from another facility and she had to be hospitalized for a week because of poor care. She has thrived at Medilodge. The staff is amazing no matter how man times I bug them lol. They all deserve a raise and I'd give them another star if I could.

My mother is a frequent flyer at Medilodge of Alpena. The staff here have always treated her with dignity and respect. Any issues she has is dealt with quickly and with kindness. We've had staff go out of their way to say hello and to check in on her.
