Excellent knowledge and patience from the staff.
My late Grandma saw Dr. Ramadan a few years ago for her first physical. She had no symptoms or complaints at all. We were shocked when she later told us that she had been carrying a large cancer , something her previous doctors had not found.During his hands-on examination, Dr.Ramadan felt something was not right. an ultrasound was ordered, which came back negative, but he trusted what he felt on examination and pushed for an urgent CT scan. I wasn't allowed into the doctors room with my wife and new born. Dr. Ramadan insulted our decision to use midwives stating "what do they know about babies? They're not doctors." The walk in wait time was estimated at 1 hour- it took 2 hours. Very disappointed and we will never be returning. Look for a different, more professional doctor.
Not impressed, with the receptionist… If the site says 9 AM on Saturday, please be there at 9 AM to open the doors, not at 9:15 am walking in late past 3 waiting patients, not even wearing a receptionist uniform for Medical, jeans and a T-shirt speaks multitudes!!! I was here with my significant other to help him get the care he needs. I personally don’t give them any stars. “0” I’m not impressed at all. My own doctors are fabulous.
