Dr chalk treated me like a criminal said he didnt belive my symptoms. Staring at me hard, keeping me waiting for just a script renew, oh suddenly i have to pay for a long appointment without warning. Ive never been yreated less like a human anywhere else

HIGHLY recommend this clinic t to anyone with long term chronic pain. After many years of struggling with pain every single day almost bed bound, Dr Chalk took the time to go through my history and come up with and long term pain management plan, and showed genuine concern.
