Dr Shirani has been our family doctor for a few years now. I find her very caring and always helpful with our medical issues. She is always there when I or my family members need her. Whether it’s a referral to specialists or scans she does not hesitate to provide medical assistance.

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr Shirani and she refused giving me any medication rather told me to go and get a test kit from the chemist and check for status, as i need some urgent medication for the relapsing cold i did a test and all were negative call back the clinic and wanted to speak to her the member clearly identified me and booked me for a call back session this doctor never bother to call back I wated for 2 days and no response. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Shirani. From my very first visit, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me bluntly that they have too many patients and don’t need any new ones — and even suggested I go to another medical centre. My visit was related to a WorkCover claim, and her attitude became noticeably worse after learning that. I cannot thank this clinic enough for quite literally saving my life. I came in thinking I was just dealing with acid reflux, but Dr. Shirani immediately recognised the seriousness of my condition and acted without delay. Thanks to their quick decision to call an ambulance, I received life saving heart surgery . Special thanks to Dr. Peiris and the young RN who cared for me with such compassion and urgency. Their calm, professional, and kind approach made all the difference during such a critical moment.
