We have been going to this clinic ever since the original doctors started it and always have left happy with the care they used to provide with the unfortunate passing of the late doctor peiris, And new ownership the clinic has just gone down severely the new doctor is very rude and wouldn’t and couldn’t even do simple paperwork even after booking a long consultation. I would highly recommend looking for another clinic. There has been a recent change in the practice management here, and it has significantly reduced the quality of service they used to offer. The practice was never like this before. Ever since the change, it has become nearly impossible to reach the clinic. The practice is no longer easily reachable, and trying to book an appointment with the doctors has become an absolute nightmare. They really need to work on their schedule. Instead of putting many appointments in one hour. How about only putting a couple so, the doctors can attend each one on time. The average waiting them is more than 20mins regardless the clinic is empty or not. And this is not the first or the second time.
