I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. As a federal employee, policy is inconsistent, extremely demanding, and provides unrealistic timeframes. That is easiest way to frame it. Nicolette, who handles medical record related inquiries, has been an absolute gem and asset to the office. She has been efficient when any documents are needed to be completed or any insurance related issues, scheduling, just to name a few. I started treatment at Medihealth on June 2023 after a car accident and they helped me so much with the handling of my case and the treatment of my injuries. They’re a very dedicated staff and everyone is very nice. I would recommend Dr. Elfiky to anyone needing neurology services
