I have had a 3 yr unsuccessful care management from a work accident. It was not until Dr Elfiky got on my care case that I was able to get correctly diagnosed and get the therapy to make me whole again. I am recommend the facility because they saw my issue and sent me to a person to help me heal.
Came in a few weeks ago and was upset with the provider I saw, but Nicolette went above and beyond to help me. She really listened, reassured me, and got me scheduled with the doctor. Her attitude and care made the whole experience so much better. In the end, I’m really happy with everything and would recommend this office to family and friends
I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. As a federal employee, policy is inconsistent, extremely demanding, and provides unrealistic timeframes. That is easiest way to frame it. Nicolette, who handles medical record related inquiries, has been an absolute gem and asset to the office. Very friendly staff. The medical assistant Sam was very thorough, and nice. I saw the NP Jocelyn, and she was very kind and helpful. I’ll be going back for follow ups.
