Horrible company, terrible customer service, pass you on at all times. i was switched to a different company. they sent me wrong items for my CPAP, didn't bother looking at the machine i had with them,and then after i opened one not knowing they sent me the wrong item. i tried to send the wrong items back after over 1 1/2 months of trying to get anyone to contact me( i was told it was a priority) . I recently suffered a house fire, walking out with the clothes on my back. I have never been treated so poorly. No empathy or compassion, just send the machine to Ohio to see if they can fix it....you will get a new cpap in 6 weeks. This was from Lacie, all the way to a supervisor. I became assertive, to talk to someone who could help me, in tears explaining that my house is burned the machine is not repairable do to soot and water damage. I swore at the process not the person. Medigy has been so helpful in my CPAP journey. Very professional, respond quickly, and are very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and CPAPs. Lacie gave me an awesome tutorial on how to use it and now I’m ready to start my CPAP journey
horrible customer service, been waiting for them to get back to me for weeks about wrong products sent to me and the wrong address. they keep asking for payment but can’t contact me about returning the wrong items. finally had my provider switch me to a new company moving forward. do not recommend, all you ever get when you call is them passing it along to someone else who never reaches out. if referred by your physician ask for a different company.
Lacie was very helpful and I cannot thank her enough for explaining everything about supplies and the timelines for each item. She also recommended a different mask style and I’m excited to see how that goes! Thank you Lacie!!
