I forgot my CPAP at home while on a trip with my family to the states. A terrible feeling. I needed to get one asap and needed a prescription. I'm sure that I will eventually get everything I need at a reasonable price (compared to the competition). DO NOT USE Medigas (or any other private clinic) IF YOUR SITUATION IS URGENT!! Goto the hospital (or urgent care) / family doctor. So be proactive if you think you are having problems Don't pull a Damien and get yourself in trouble. I initially wrote a negative review and Medigas responded in kind (including an after hours phone call). A clear sign they care about their customers. Full marks for that. Not on time for appointments. They take in walk in patients even when I had an appointment. Extremely annoying. *edit* never on time again! Every appointment is dramatically late. Expect to wait 20 to 45 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment.

I admit I was late. However all I needed was 5 minutes of there time. The individual at the reception said I needed to book another appointment. I said the sign says walk ins welcome. She said only if there were no appointments scheduled. We were the only 2 in the room. The place was empty. Just a low level employee exercising her little bit of power. Too bad tho because of her I will be taking my business elsewhere. 👎👎👎 In all fairness I was contacted by the manager the next day and told why. Videos to her. 👍👍👍

Nice place & nice employees who are very helpful. Only issue i have with these shops are the prices of equipment. These places will charge whatever they want knowing some people need them to live and don't have a choice. So i called and asked the price of a eson 2 mask which was almost $200, So i looked online (fisher & paykel/ebay) and i ended up ordering 2 masks ($20 each plus shipping) that came out to $66 shipped to my door within 10 days from the u.s.
