Horrible communication! Called to have an item picked up spoke with a fellow on the phone, since we were not home and were at work he was to call 30-1h before coming to get the item so I could head home. The guy picking it up didn’t call he just showed up. He called in the morning saying he would be there between 11:30 and 3:30 well we all work like we stated in the first place so we left a message on his phone saying that we wouldn’t be home and he was to call before coming like his office said he would do.
