I needed a new CPAP asap. Stephen looked after me right away. He demonstrated and told me about my new unit. Well done, very satisfied.
Just want to post a quick note of appreciation for the quality of service my wife and I received today at Medigas In Belleville. We entered a bit flustered to to an appointment we had mixed up and left feeling we had been looked after to the highest of quality. I Thank You So Much for the quality service you provided.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with how Stephen at Medigas treated my wife. He was rude, dismissive, and made her feel like she was a burden for asking basic questions. In a healthcare setting, that kind of attitude is unacceptable. Do better. Shame. Should fire him.
A real shame medigas and their corporate overlords don't see value in supporting the local community by continuing to support a longstanding golf tournament which help to build play spaces across the city. Update 2025 - still no community support.
Stephen always explains things very clearly and is helpful with Sunlife but . . . I've left messages that I'm coming into town from 45 minutes away and leave a message if I could make an appointment. Three times he has never called me back. I once talked to a Brett Rombough and he looked at my file and emailed my prescription so I could submit it with my mask, (excellent.) But when I dropped back in to get a strap that wasn't included with my mask. I wasn't allowed to see Steve and the older guy couldn't even find my receipt... read more
