I had been dealing with a lot financially (who isn’t) but Brittany had some resources she shared with me to look into when trying to get set up with a new machine. I was met with kindness and compassion during a hard time. When I was able to come back Brittany was professional and great to help with set up and ease my anxiety about the machine.
Yvonne and Brittney were extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I appreciated everything they did to help me out!

I called Steve on Christmas day evening because my oxygen machine was making a strange noise. He came in the morning of the 26th and spent time to go over what was happening and so much more. He also contacted the Medigas Brockville team to ask them to stop by for an evaluation. I couldn't be more impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.
