Switched over to Medigas from a different company two years ago. Couldn't have made a better choice. They go above and beyond for you, the customer service is beyond what I have had before. The respiratory techs are knowledgeable and explain every little detail to you. The front desk girls are super friendly and welcoming. We are super lucky to have them. I would highly recommend them for all your CPAP and oxygen needs!!

Absolutely no help. My husband went in to purchase a new mask and the lady in there was so annoyed to answer any questions and didn’t hide it. We asked a few questions and received a very cold responses. Was given a a card with a website and was told to go there to order. She didn’t try to help him choose the right size. Extremely poor customer service. We won’t be back.
this play is nothing but lies and misleading customers. Sad part is they dont care they dont even want to improve this problem. if you like being mislead then keep going to medigas. I used motion on pitt street who is 1000 times better and dont mislead their customers Plus their stuff is 100 times more expensive than motion. im surprised the governmen t wont cover my oxygen cause i need it for my copd which is real bad
Absolutely the best service! I’m from US and ran out of O2 that I need for cluster headaches. My Dr from Florida faxed a script to them and they happily set me up and have also gotten several refills! Highly Recommend! Great staff!!
