***I've updated my review to reflect a very positive recent experience*** Thanks so much to Les at Medigas Pembroke for taking the time to go over all kinds of possible issues with my Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP. I'd been encountering issues with morning dry mouth and Les didn't hesitate to go over all possibilities of where I was mostly having an air leak and make recommendations. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.
I had went in for a download and then be sent to my sleep doctor. I has asked to be added as a new customer. I returned to the store a few months after to purchase a new mask and found it had no account set up. OK. Could be minor blip. Later that year (Dec. 2025) i returned to my sleep doctor and found out that a download was never sent and thus why I didn't have any follow up booked. Now, I'm now in need of a new machine. It is becoming clear that service is very unreliable. On three occasions now I have had phone message requests for replacement tanks not get filled. Now last Friday I called for replacement tanks and they were to be delivered Monday, I waited and half way into they day they left a message that they had no small tanks so will deliver on Thursday instead. I waited all day Thursday and no tanks. This is not sustainable, waiting around all day and not having them show up or missing service requests. Oxygen is rather important to... read more
