I had went in for a download and then be sent to my sleep doctor. I has asked to be added as a new customer. I returned to the store a few months after to purchase a new mask and found it had no account set up. OK. Could be minor blip. Later that year (Dec. 2025) i returned to my sleep doctor and found out that a download was never sent and thus why I didn't have any follow up booked. Now, I'm now in need of a new machine. It is becoming clear that service is very unreliable. On three occasions now I have had phone message requests for replacement tanks not get filled. Now last Friday I called for replacement tanks and they were to be delivered Monday, I waited and half way into they day they left a message that they had no small tanks so will deliver on Thursday instead. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Medigas Pembroke. I just had my third instance of having things ordered, they arrived and was RETURNED WITHOUT A PHONE CALL. Not to mention that one order was NEVER PLACED When I said not to worry, I’m changing providers, I was told not to over a simple mistake. Not a simple mistake, it’s repetitive. Definitely go elsewhere.
I’ve had to use Medigas for a few months now and have had nothing but 5 star service.
