I went the store to get breathing mask for my father's C-Pap machine who was in the ICU at the hospital. He was uncomfortable with one that the hospital supplied . I spoke with Leslie Paulin and realized that his was obsolete. After hearing the situation Leslie gave me the mask to make my dad's last day on earth a little more comfortable. When I got back to the hospital he was beyond using it. It was sealed in a bag so I returned it to Leslie. I would highly recommend Medigas and Leslie for service and compassion.
Leslie is the best,knowledgeable and friendly.
Why did one of your female drivers just come to our door up on Black Bay Road waking me up because the dog was barking like a madman to just say opps sorry wrong house then proceed to drive down the road completely out of sight of numerous houses along the way? Was she snooping and scoping the house out? Whats the deal what kind of brainlets do you hire there?????
If I could go lower than a one star I would. Worst service ever. I've called 4 times in the past three months to order supplies. The man that answers the phone gives a different excuse each time as to why they are not being shipped and promises to take care of it. Which he never does!
