I put in the request for new supplies for my BiPAP machine about a month later I called them to see if my supplies were in the request was never sent to my worker this is 2 months later I'm still nothing I will be bringing my business elsewhere

Unhelpful, misleading, untruthful staff The Timmins Medigas is the only Medigas that serves Northern Ontario past North Bay. They should be a shamed of themselves for the lack of help they actually provide. Called Wed Sept 5th and spoke to a young lady named Danielle. My husband needed to rent a CPAP while he went through the process of the sleep clinic. Danielle was able to bring up his perscription from the Barrie Medigas store and claimed a new machine would be processed Thursday morning and would be ready for pick up Thu... read more

Ive had nothing but great service and support. Anytime i need supplies they always come thru and deliver right to my home.
